D & D Concrete Construction was founded in 1994 by Denise Williams and her late husband, Donald Machado. And although Mrs. Williams did not initially have an extensive background in concrete construction, through dedicated training and years of extensive hands-on experience, she has transformed her business from providing basic concrete services to offering customized designs and a wide range of advanced solutions.

Denise Williams was the first female person of color to receive a C-8 Concrete Contractors License in San Joaquin County. And D & D Concrete Construction is certified with the State of California as a Minority-Woman Owned Business Entrepreneur (MWBE). The company prides itself on consistently providing quality services that meet and exceed all of our clients expectations and Mrs.Williams leads our team with over 25 years of experience in the concrete construction industry. Our competitive edge is the skill and sheer talent that she (as the primary cement mason/foreman) brings to the company. Because of her and the high quality product that we deliver here at D & D Concrete Construction, our work has become very well known and has built an amazing reputation all throughout the Central Valley and surrounding areas.
